On January 30th, a very important meeting of the experts on countering corruption, entitled BENEFITS OF ISO 37001 ON COUNTERING CORRUPTION, organized by Rina , took place at Marriott Hotel. In this occasion Mona-Lisa NEAGU, lawyer, Andreea COMAN, lawyer, Managing Associate Săvescu & Associates, Cosmin THEOHARI, lawyer, Managing Partner Theohari Law Firm, and Sarmiza FETCU, spokesperson – General Anticorruption Directorate, Laurenţiu MODORAN, judge of Bucharest Court and Elena HACH, prosecutor National Anticorruption Directorate shared their experience.

Thanks to the ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System, Romania could become a model of best practice at European level with concrete actions against prevention corruption rather than punishment, for existing phenomena that have already affected many people’s lives.
